Worldgate Office Complex MEP Tenant Renovation

SWSG provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs for five floors at the Worldgate office complex. Each floor consisted of 20,145 rentable square feet of shell space to be built out for offices. SWSG design documents included conference rooms, training rooms, offices, cubicle spaces, and a LAN room. A separate computer room HVAC system was designed for the LAN room.
Secured Facilities and Parking Garages Lighting Study & Design

SWSG provided engineering services for lighting designs for five office buildings, parking garages, and exterior areas. SWSG performed an existing light level study which included: measuring and recording the lighting levels, field measurement and documenting existing building column spacing, providing footprints where existing building plans were unavailable, developing CAD background drawings for data gathering and reports, measuring and recording lighting levels in the parking garages, surface parking lots, driveways, loading docks, patios, and other exterior pedestrian areas. A two-volume report documented findings and listed deficiencies regarding compliance with the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNS) Guidelines and recommendations for corrective action. Based on the recommendations, SWSG prepared construction documents for the five properties.
