SWSG provided architectural, engineering and cost estimating services for a new multi-complex facility. After extensive investigations and analysis, SWSG presented six design concept options at various locations with cost estimates to the Berkeley County Water Authority for the selection of a new maintenance and custom service/administration building. The site selected combined the three facilities into one. The design meets LEED certification requirements. The new facility consists of administrative and operational offices, conference room, customer service center, vehicle maintenance facility, material storage yard, employee break rooms, and outdoor areas.
H&S Plumbing Store
Herndon, VA
SWSG was contacted to design a two-story retail and office building. The new concrete masonry brick building was built-to-suit for a retailer of plumbing supplies. Spaces were designed for storage, office, retail counter, and show room. Additional storage and possible future office space was provided on the second floor.
