Specific projects include bridges, commercial and residential buildings, manufacturing plants, antennae foundations and telecommunications and 'mission critical' facilities throughout the United States and the world. Ted Welti,
P .E. Education - Bachelors of Science, Civil Engineering University of Virginia Registration - Professional Engineer registered in Virginia, Maryland, DC and numerous other states Professional Affiliations - American Society of Civil Engineers, American Institute of Timber Construction Ted Welti, P.E. has over 22 years of professional experience in new construction design, renovation, and construction management. He is experienced in all major structural systems: reinforced concrete, timber, structural steel, light gage steel and masonry. His specific experience includes mid to high rise residential and office buildings, shopping centers, theaters, banks, transportation, medical, recreational, sanitation and industrial facility design, historic structures, bridges, piers and marinas. Ted joined SWSG to head the structural steel division. Prior to joining SWSG he held management positions of Engineering Department Head and Managing Principal for BEI Structural Engineers and Welti Engineering respectively. Debbie
Robison Education - Bachelor of Science, Statistics Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University Historic Preservation Certificate Northern Virginia Community College Debbie Robison has been with SWSG for five years and is the Project Manager for all SWSG Historical Preservation and Restoration projects. She is responsible for historical research, documentary and project production coordination. Debbie has been involved for many years in historical research for professional as well as personal purposes. She is an active member in several historical preservation societies: Prince William Historical Society, Historic Society of Fairfax County and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Historic Centreville Society. Debbie oversees all projects with historical components and has particular experience with the local jurisdictions of Fairfax, Loudoun, Fauquier and Prince William. |
